Ejola Cook, born in a small coastal town in the Netherlands, was a world traveler at an early age. By the time she was 10, Ejola had lived in Nigeria, England, Holland, and the Virgin Islands. Speaking fluent English and Dutch, and also had a working understanding of Spanish. As the daughter of an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Ejola was brought up to work hard, stay focused, but to always look to help those in need.
For the past two decades Ejola has focused on finding the most effective business resolution for her clients. The courtroom is not always the answer and hiring seasoned legal representation should not break the bank.
From 2015 until 2022 Ejola married her business acumen with her legal knowhow, as the senior executive with Off Lease Only LLC, one of the largest privately owned Used Car Dealerships in the country. During her tenure she has held the roles of Vice President, Chief Administrator Officer, Senior Vice President, and the Chief Legal Officer. During her time at Off Lease Only, Ejola oversaw the expansion and development of four of its dealerships including the design, construction, and openings. Ejola has also led the company in decisive victories in Court and implement compliance programs to protect the business in a consumer-driven market.
Ejola is active in the industry as the former Executive Director for the Florida Independent Dealer Association and has lobbied both in Tallahassee and Congress on behalf of Automotive Industry.
Ejola has been recognized as a leader in the Independent Used Car Market, and as an attorney who was named a Lawyer of Distinction in 2020, a Top-Rated Lawyer in 2021, and one of 2021 Power Lawyers in the New York Times.
Now Ejola recently joined the firm of Kelley Kronenberg, as a Partner and Business Unit Lead in their Commerical Division, looking to bring her knowledge and experience back into private practice. Focusing on all aspects of Business and Consumer law. Ejola continues to maintain E Cook Consulting, for those clients needing business services, and speaking engagements. Ejola now represents her clients on all legal matters at Kelley Kronenberg.
Also as an avid equestrian since age four, Ejola has looked to expand her practice beyond just business and into the equestrian industry. Ejola and her husband Paul own the highly successful Spitfire Farm in Coconut Creek. She competes with her horses and understands firsthand the intricacies that go along in the equestrian world.
On a personal side, Ejola is the mother of 4 very active children, and the proud wife of Sargent Paul Cook, Air Force Reserves. Ejola gives back to her community both serving in her church, Bethesda-by-the-Sea and as the most recent chair for the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
Leah Langston obtained her Paralegal Degree from Bryant & Stratton College and continued her education earning a Bachelor's in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. Leah began her legal career working for Carrols Corporation in upstate New York where she gained a wealth of knowledge from legal veterans at one of the largest restaurant franchises in the country.
Leah specializes in contracts, commercial real estate, automotive and equine law. Since relocating to Florida, she has assisted in defending both small and large dealerships in legal disputes and litigation as well as providing administrative support to the Florida Independent Automobile Dealers Association.
Outside of the office, Leah can be found enjoying the outdoors with her friends and family. She is a proud wife as well as mother of three, who loves exploring everything from the beach to the mountains. Leah also enjoys spending her free time on the farm where she volunteers caring for rescued and abandoned horses whenever possible.
